group coaching is our most popular package. you will still follow an individualised training programme and nutrition plan, just like a 1:1 client would, but you will be training with a small group of 6 (max) likeminded people.

Group sessions Timetable:
Monday: 9:30-11:00am; 5:30-7:00pm & 7:00-8:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30-11:00am; 5:30-7:00pm & 7:00-8:30pm
Friday: 9:30-11am & 5:15-6:45pm
2 x sessions per week = £120 per month (£15 per session)
3 x sessions per week = £165 per month (£13.75 per session)
4 sessions per week = £210 per month (£10.31 per session)
group training is not a bootcamp or circuit class. every client who comes in has their own personal programme, which is created after a consultation with the coach and rehab specialist (if needed), to help with their specific training aim.
