Group Coaching


group coaching is our most popular package.  you will still follow an individualised training programme and nutrition plan, just like a 1:1 client would, but you will be training with a small group of 6 (max) likeminded people.

 What you will receive: 

  • Full assessment including needs analysis and consultation with our nutrition coach.

  • Full personalised programme created from the results of the assessment.

  • a professional evidence based coaching experience with your needs the priority, not the coach's preferences. 

  • flexibility in organising the training week. If you can’t attend your usual session you’re easily able to jump into another.

  • a positive, motivating environment created by everyone in the #teamapoc group sessions. 

  • Full access to your programme through the '#Teamapoc' mobile app, available on android and iOS.

  • Regular check-ins throughout the week.

  • support through the week via the vip #teamapoc facebook and WhatsApp group, as well as the #teamapoc mobile app.

  • frequent, structured progress reviews.

Group sessions Timetable:
Monday: 9:30-11:00am; 5:30-7:00pm & 7:00-8:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30-11:00am; 5:30-7:00pm & 7:00-8:30pm
Friday: 9:30-11am & 5:15-6:45pm


2 x sessions per week = £135 per month (£16.85 per session)

3 x sessions per week = £165 per month (£13.75 per session)

4 sessions per week = £210 per month (£10.31 per session)

group coaching is not a bootcamp or circuit class. every client who comes in has their own personal programme, which is created after a consultation with the coach and rehab specialist (if needed), to help with their specific training aim.
this is a great option for those who need training buddies.
