Teen Savages Is Where Kids Can Train In A Gym Environment With Age Appropriate, Structured Sessions That Focus On Improving Performance.
It's About Teaching Young Athletes How To Control Their Movement, Increase Relative Strength And Learn Movement Patterns That Will Enhance Their Sport Participation As They Grow Older..  
Sessions Run Every Tuesday And Friday At 4:30-5:30PM, And Sunday 11am-12pm.
The Sessions Are Open To Anyone Between The Ages Of 12-17yrs.£4 Per Child, Per Single Class Or Or Pay £30 Per Month To Access To All Sessions.
These Sessions Are Focused On Developing Foundational Strength And Athletic Development In Our Children.
We Sprint, Jump, Throw, Push, Pull And Carry Objects Whilst Learning How To Train Optimally And Safely In A Gym.
